Even today, thanks to the experience and manual skills acquired and handed down, a COMPLETELY ARTISANAL CAST POLYESTER RESIN TOILET SEAT is produced, maintaining all the phases of manual production, so as to allow the guarantee of a finished product that respects the characteristics of quality and brightness that has always distinguished it from the rest of the products marketed and present on the market.

Ferrfort srl is always ready to educate the customer in the purchase of its dedicated toilet seat, through the request of measurements, brand of ceramics, also using photos (see Guide for toilet seat recognition). In this way, in addition to guaranteeing the customer the correct model of toilet seat cover, a personal bond is established between the buyer and the seller.
UNIVERSAL COLORED TOILET SEATS
Toilet seat UNIVERSAL model, so called because of its characteristic oval shape and adjustable hinge distance (size Z).
Toilet seat NOT DEDICATED but adaptable to many of the standard ceramics on the market, thickly cast, made with a wooden core (NOT IN MDF) made to measure, covered with polyester resin.
Hinges in chromed alzar (NOT IN ZAMA).
Our product is still handcrafted today, with the highest quality materials to maintain the traditional and quality standard that has distinguished us for years …
Once the polyester casting hardening process has been reached, the product acquires a stable consistency in order to ensure excellent resistance to chemical agents and high hardness in the ability to absorb shocks and excessive weight.
Subsequently the product passes other fundamental manual processes of sanding, polishing and cleaning.
To finalize the product, we proceed with the application of polyethylene bumpers, hinges and appropriate fixings, all packaged inside the customized box.

They are made entirely of ANTIBACTERIAL UREA FORMALDEHYD, a TOTALLY ASEPTIC and UNATTACTABLE material by the most common pathogens. The strong point for this product, where foreseen, is the soft close quick release hinge, which guarantees maximum reliability at a very competitive price.

The higher toilet seat for the disabled is made entirely in antibacterial duroplast, fitted with an American adjustable full-bolt hinge, allowing better ceramic anti-slip fixing.
The thickness of 10 cm of our alzawater allows thus a more easy sitting on the sanitary.
As an alternative we have the classic and more common 10cm-thick white polypropylene toilet seat with non-slip rubberised side clamps for fixing to the sanitary.
